Satisfaction Guaranteed—100%

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy. “If you and your pet are unsatisfied with our product, we will make it right for you. Tell us why you are dissatisfied and send us the remaining product in its original packaging along with the receipt and we will either replace it or give a full refund within 30 days of purchase.”

Purchases from third-party vendors (not directly from Mount Tibet) are not covered under this policy, so customers must contact the vendor directly for refunds.


Damage/Defective Return

Your order leaves the warehouse in good condition. If any visible damage to the shipping carton, please refuse the delivery or contact the carrier and retain the original shipping carton. Additionally, please report any damages or discrepancies within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.

 

Return/Refund Process

Please contact us before shipping the damaged/defective items back to us. We recommend that you ship via a carrier that can provide shipment tracking. Mount Tibet Corporation does not take responsibility for packages lost in transit.

You will be notified via email once we receive the returns with an indication of what will follow. We will refund you the purchase price of the items returned and any sales taxes paid. Shipping and handling charges paid, if any, may not be refunded. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return.

All business customers (Retailers, Wholesalers, Distributors, Agents) must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before the return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
